It is possible that the kids of both couples would be very close genetically, if not more...but with genetics, there are so many variables that will not always be the same outcome with each couples children, in this scenario...Good question!! =)

That depends if the twins effect runs in the family history or not. But most twins results are genetically determined by the mother's genes.

It's very likely that the cousins will look very similar, but they will not be identical.

Genetically, the kids would match (and technically be siblings), but in title based on culture, they would be cousins.
If you thought about it, you'd be surprised how much of our assumtions are based on culturally-imposed standards.
Marriage, dating, kids, etc.
