I'm not too swift at either one of them. As a frustrated perfectionist, I still kick myself over even trivial things in my past. Most of my enemies and those that have wronged me have been pretty-well put aside, but sometimes I'm still more mad at myself for letting those wrongs happen or dealing with them wrongly than for the wrong that was done to me by others. I may not be the most common representative of humanity on this issue, though.

since directed to answerer I will answer personally

I forgive myself quickly but the thing I have a hard time with myself I find hardest to forgive it in others, I see what I detest in me in them, like a mirror and hate them

but really I hate that which I choose not to allow or control in self, often from religion telling me I am sinful and doomed by being born and can never measure up to an unattainable standard

I can't remember what I havn't forgiven myself of, once I quit caring.

Forgive others. I think it's harder to forgive yourself because you can't get away from you. With others you don't really have to deal with it all day everyday. You can kinda tune it out.

I assume that others won't ever meet the standards I've set for myself so it's easier to "forgive" (if that's how you want to look at it) them when they don't.
