hot air popped,no butter,no salt...
and sour pickles...I know it doesn't leave much to the imagination...but let's just say I do it...will I lose weight??? cause I am a CONSTANT SNACKER...

Yes, but that's not a balanced diet. Do oatmeal and OJ for breakfast, take a multivitamin. Try half a sandwich and some raw veggies for lunch. Have some fish or lean meat and more veggies for dinner. Have a piece of fruit for a snack later on. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Exercise on a sensible schedule will make a lot of difference.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

ok..just make sure you burn more calories than you eat a day. and also make sure the food you are eating is healthy and nutricious. you dont want to deprive your body of nutrition. also, do nottt starve yourself either. it will not make you lose weight, and you will lose muscle fist, not the fat, just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. do cardio workouts such as jogging or running and you will lose weight. hope this helps:)

Yes you will lose weight but you will also get sick. Your body needs vitamins and minerals to keep it working properly. If it does not receive them it will start shutting down. Fad diets do not work.

pickles i could see u could lose weight but i dont see pop corn because pop corn have alot of carbohydrates

i would say experiment but don't hurt yourself and whatever you do, do not stop eating completely i am anorexic and it is not fun but i can't stop cause it's a disease and i would not wish it on anyone.
