In his classic 1923 book, Christianity and Liberalism, the great Presbyterian scholar and Princeton Professor Jay Gresham Machen reminds us that people who deny the fundamentals of the Christian faith are not just liberal Christians; they belong to another religion entirely. When it comes to liberalism, Machen wrote, Christianity "is battling against a totally diverse type of religious belief," rooted in naturalism. Despite its use of Christian terminology, "liberalism not only is a different religion from Christianity but belongs in a totally different class of religions."

When one is born in a country you become its citizen of that country. When you are born into a Christian family you automatically become a Christian. The same if you are born into any religion you are automatically called by that religion. So, this does not mean you have to believe in the Bible. All Christians at some stage in their life will have the opportunity to receive or reject Gods offer of salvation. Behold I(Jesus-God on earth) stand at the door and knock. If anyone will open that door I will come into him…. You see Jesus Christ in you the hope of Glory. Not Christianity in you the hope of glory. You can’t rely on grace, works, parents, ect. You have to be born again into the family of God by the Spirit of God. It is not by force or fear but by an invitation and an offer to receive His Holy Spirit in you that you will be able to overcome the forces of darkness now and when you die. God bought you with a price. His blood on the cross. This is the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the World. You are saved by the word of your testimony and the blood of the Lamb. This will reconcile you to your Maker(Father God in Heaven) You have to accept or reject this. Not everyone who says “Lord Lord” will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven but only those who do the will of the Father.
So yes there will be many Christians that will deny the Bible. Christians are dependent on the Gospel but the Gospel is not dependent on the Christians. You will find Jews, Moslems and other religious people that are not Christians but yet they believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When they are found out they are rejected and may even be killed.

People have a difficult time when it comes to their personal (pet) sin, and it effects what they believe. That is one reason there are so many different denomination, some point will point out a sin that a person is not ready to (or unable) to get rid of, so they choose a different denomination or even religion.
