Yes. The procedure to have a tummy tuck doesn't intere with the uterus in any way. The only downside would be said pregnancy may "undo" your tummy tuck due to the distention of the abdomen during pregnancy.

Of course, the surgeon only removes some skin & fat, not your internal organs.

Why not wait until you are done having children so you get the best effects - it's an expensive surgery and quite a long recuperation from what I have read.

I don't see why not, but it would probably be a waste of money on the tummy tuck.
