I have a seven-year-old Caucasian nephew that wears one. He started wearing them because his mother's African American boyfriend wears them. I really don't think he thinks it's at all Funny. He thinks he looks Cool!

why you ask this question twice???? none of the grown men i know are doing it to look black --trust me on this-- i am 31 & have seen all my dads friends wear them since i was a tot. bikers are not trying to be black - it is very humid hear & men tend to sweat if they work outside .......& the reason blacks wear them is......

I never saw one with one.....but i bet they just look plain stupid....or i think the ones that do try to wear one are trying to be "black" in a sense.
