1-It is not necessary to buy.
2-download openoffice from www.openoffice.org
3-get an e-mail account from gmail.
Use online spreadseet which is there.
4-If you haven't gmail account, write me your e-mail for an invitation to gmail e-mail account.

It is important to highlight that it's ILLEGAL to use licensed software without a license. What I'd recommend is that you use OpenOffice's spreadsheet which is free and available for download like others have mentioned. I use OpenOffice myself as I use linux exclusively (OpenOffice runs on both Windows and Linux!) and it does everything* you want your speadsheet to do. You can open and edit MS Excel documents, save your documents as Excel.
But if for some special reason you still want MS Excel, then the illegal way is to download on a p2p network as others have mentioned.

Download Open Office, it is free and it can read Excel files.

You can download excel (and also anything else) from P2P software like eMule, LimeWire.
Go to http://www.emule-project.net or http://www.limewire.com
and download them for free. Then use them to download excel.
But i suggest you using open office. It is an open source office pack that you can download it and use it legally free! And it also opens and saves Microsoft Office format.

easy, contact any peruvian friend and ask him about this. you can get anything in south america at 1/100 of price. but is gonna take at least 2 weeks to receive. i mean everything engineering software included.
