In whose eyes? It is legal in the U.S., therefor you have the LEGAL right.

If you are over 18, you have a legal right to seek one for yourself.
You can also get one if you're under 18; telling a parent is only required in states with mandatory parental involvement laws. Such laws force a woman under 18 to tell a parent or get parental permission before having an abortion. In most of these states, if she can't talk with her parents — or chooses not to — she can appear before a judge. The judge will consider whether she's mature enough to decide on her own. If not, the judge will decide whether an abortion is in the teen's best interests. In any case, if there are complications during the procedure, parents of minors may be notified.

The same right we have to walk outside and just cold-bloodedly shoot someone in the head because they annoy us or cause us some kind of complication. If I did that right now, I would be arrested for murder. Why? Because the person I shot, for whatever my reasons were, has the right to live. Now doesn't a child have the right to live as well? I do not CARE about the argument that before so many days or weeks, a FETUS is not a person and therefore has no rights.BULL!!
And for NONAME, there is something in the Bible which corresponds to abortion: THOU SHALT NOT KILL. Ring a bell?
Yes, we do have the choice/right to do what we want with our bodies, so long as it does not hurt someone else. So I HATE to point this out to you, but a FETUS IS someone else.

There are more options for a baby that you didn't expect: If you have an abortion, you may be feeling guilty for the rest of your life, is your baby, is person with soul and feelings like you and me!! I know is hard, but, there are families that can't have babies and are willing to adopt and love a baby, so , I think that could be the best choice to make, give live to that baby, find someone to help you and you can make somebody really happy, then you'll be blessed. Good luck!!!

I assume you're asking a legal question and not a moral one. The latter is up to you to decide; you can't base your morals on the opinions of others. You have to decide for yourself if something is right or wrong, especially when it concerns something as emotionally charged and multifaceted as the abortion question.
The legal rights to abortion depend on the laws in the state and country where you are. Some states require parental notification if you're under 18, some do not. In some countries it is outlawed entirely; in others it is paid for by the government.

You have every right to an abortion. If thats the choice you make then thats the best choice for you .JUst look in the phone book and find the best clinic . I really like the staff at the clinic in Bellevue I go there for check ups too. But if thats not what you wnt to do after you have more info on it . Then there is always adoption. No matter where you go there is protesters every where DONT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY SAY .they dont know anything about why you choose an abortion Good luck with everything life brings you

Very controversial question. A woman has the right to choose. Depends on your beliefs, medical condition , etc. An abortion is an individual choice for the woman. Be glad you have a right at all.

Why should we not have rights!?!?!? It is our body and our creation. If we choose to have an abortion that should be our freedom to do so. I am not saying that we should not be responsible and not use birth control, but there are still people on birth control who do not want to get pregnant, but still end up pregnant. Birth control is not 100%! What about people that get raped and end up pregnant??? What about 13 year olds that end up pregnant??? There is all kinds of circumstances to think about! Some That I believe to be a better reason than others. But most importantly this is a free country! How many of our rights are we willing to give up?!? Even if you believe in them or not, they are our rights as individuals and citizens of a free country. How many more rights do we let the government control us on?!?!? Pretty soon will we even have any rights left?!?!?

None, noone has the right to murder, it's against the Law. It's inhumane and a horrible way to die, how would the mother who's getting the abortion feel being torn limb by limb , or burning to death? There's hundreds of couples who dream of having a baby and can't. I think they should be against the law, punishable by death, the same kind of death their fetus had to go through.

Every woman should have the right to abort for any reason at any age. And men shouldn't have any right, except the right and responsibilty to pay for it.
Now, it depends on your state and how individual communities interpret the laws. Texas sucks.
go to www.mappingourrights.org to see your state

depends on your age, the state you live in, etc...
if you are of legal age (18+ normally), and live in a state that offers it, then you have the LEGAL right. Notice i said nothing about moral obligations?
Oh, and "mb" is a moron... where in the bible does it say that abortion is a sin? guarantee that momo does not have an answer! Never will, either!
