put your hair in a pony tail. secure it with an elastic band. then twist it from the top to the ends. keep twisting. your hair will be inclined (if long enough to go around the elasic band to form a circle. . if not, take the hair that you've twisted and wrap it around the base of the ponytail that you've created. u can secure with pins, or with elasic bands.

Secure in the back with a thin black ponytail holder. Twish the rest of the hair around the pony tail securing with bobby pins.

If your hair isn't long enough to create a "chinese bun" (or "chignon"), go to a beauty supply and buy a sponge 'donut'- shaped mold to create this look...
