September 19 is the 'Feast Day of the Saint' but the Street festival runs from 9/14 through 9/24
The Feast runs along Mulberry Street, between Canal Street (on south) and Houston Street (on north). It takes place east to west on Grand Street, between Mott and Baxter Street, and east to west on Hester Street, between Mott and Baxter Streets.
Personal Note... if you are going there on the weekends.... Its best to leave there before 6 PM.. .it can be Very Crowded !!!! go there at noon and you have the run of the place.
PS.. the best public bathroom along feast is at Old St Patricks School, its on the last block, going uptown. They do ask for a donation.

Why on earth would you want to go? Its like a cheesey carnival, and its very crowded, i've seen fights break out just from people trying to get past each other.
There's better food to be had, and unless you really need a mirror in the shape of your name then vendors are lame.
