Pray for a miracle.

Otherwise? My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

In order to loose weight you must at least modify your diet. Lay off fatty and greasy foods. Eat more greens and watch your caloric intake. You should also try some moderate exercise as this will boost your metabolism and help you loose weight. Try walking or swimming for starters. There is no miracle weight loss diet or pill that will allow you to eat or do anything you want. Go to the pharmacy and read the labels on the diet pills. They will all say that they help you loose weight in conjunction with diet and exercise.

Cut off both legs? Although, you'd be surprised at how little weight that would "take off."

Alas, only by increasing your metobolic rate, scary movies raises your heart rate, riding on a scary roller coaster, sex, but all are to a limited degree.

Ultimatly it comes down to some exercise.

My personal favorite, hike. If you do steady hiking, at over 8,000 ft., (Think Rockies in US, Alps in Europe, every continent has mountains. Then walk at 2- 2 1/2 miles per hour and you can burn between 1800 and 6,000 calories an hour, depending on exertion or height- elevation.

At 20,000 ft., talking really high mountains you burn up to 8,000 + calories a day, however no one can survive and it takes weeks to aclimate to get much over 18,000 ft.

Some years ago I heard of some great worms that could do it for you. You get the worms to live inside you and they just feed on you. So you lose weight without any effort. Would work for you. All the effort you need to make is to ingest the worm in the first instance that can't be hard. All the best to you.

You do need to exercise and eat 6 small meals a day to speed up your metabolism.
Drink lots of water and green tea (these also speed up your metabolism as well).
If you do not fill a car with gas, the car will die. You need to eat. Try walking for 30 minutes or take the stairs if you have the opportunity.
Don't reach for junk food/greasy food if you are not going to exercise. If you eat those, your body will retain it unless you exercise to burn it off.

Hope this helps

Good question. No-one should let their view of future possibilities be limited by the science of the present. The nearest possible answer I've heard of is special indigestible forms of food, just like ordinary food to look at and eat but from which your digestive system cannot extract any calories. Any chemists out there who can comment?

that's got to be one of the laziest things I have ever heard of...you cannot lose weight without putting some sort of effort into it. Try taking a short walk every day, and cutting out a snack a day, and work your way up from there. That way it doesn't seem like you are putting a lot of work into it, but every little bit helps, and maybe if you do it gradually it won't seem as bad to you

Other than dangerous prescriptions you can't.Expending the extra few calories to hit the spell check may have helped, but too late now.And I've often wondered why nobody(even the people answering this question)knows the word is LOSE not loose.See a doctor if you can't manage to put any effort forth to help yourself
