But the individuals have no intention of assimilating or following your laws. Is it not true that Islamists state, if the laws are not those of islam that they don't have to follow them? Should anyone stating that they will only follow laws of their choosing be allowed to enter or remain in a nation whose laws they intend to subvert?

Laws are enforced against people, not cultures.

The idea of people refusing to obey the laws far predates Islam. Every society has criminals, and every society has people who don't think the laws should or do apply to them. That's a delusion, even if a common one. Even many of our elected officials think that the laws don't apply to them, so they ignore the laws. But that doesn't make it reality.

The only question is, are we as a society willing to let these individuals ignore the laws, or are we going to enforce the laws.
And that's our choice, not the choice of the criminals.

First of all a persons religion is not what defines someones nationality. Secondly muslims are not all the same you can not generalize all people of a faith into the same category because of a few instances of violence perpetrated by extremists. I agree that people SHOULD learn the language but shouldnt be forced to by law.

There is no clash of civilizations here, people have more than one identity... for example people are not just islamic or western they are also beleivers in many different political ideals, or even different factions of the islamic faith. Some may be more strict in their practice and follow the laws of islam directly, but this doesnt mean they will disregard the laws of the U.S. simply because of this.

When they break the law, they should be put in jail. If it happens often enough, hopefully they will learn to follow the laws of the country they live in.

The state, interior of sight, and federal govts don’t want to implement the U. S. immigration rules for diverse motives, yet i think of the main crucial is that the illegals are any such powerful area of our financial device. simply by fact the financial device is robust and unemployment is low, politicians look any incorrect way on the invasion of our united states. although, if the financial device is going into recession, the government.will without warning start up deporting many greater illegals. enormous corporation needs the cheap hard artwork that the illegals supply, and that they prefer the actuality that the illegals save wages down in specific industries, including, shape, roofing, and different blue collar jobs.
