I'm studing Sanskrit for a year in Russia. And really want to improve it. Ofcourse, I can find many universities with sanskrit department in yahoo, but it is difficult to know, which one is the best.
It can be schools, or anything else. If you know smth, please answer me!

a degree from Delhi University has the most value in the country..

The best university I have heard in India is Ali Garh.
For sanskrit I probably say Rajpur
