You need to apply to an accredited graduate school to get your Masters or Doctorate degree. The following schools are in NY:
Clarkson University
College of Staten Island/The Graduate Center (CUNY)
Columbia University
D'Youville College
Daemen College
Dominican College of Blauvelt
Hunter College/The Graduate Center (CUNY)
Ithaca College
Long Island University - Brooklyn Campus
Mercy College
Nazareth College of Rochester
New York Institute of Technology
New York Medical College
New York University
State University of New York Downstate Medical Center
State University of New York Upstate Medical University
Stony Brook University
The Sage Colleges
Touro College
University at Buffalo, State University of New York
Utica College

You will need to review the pre-requistes each school you are interested in attending. They will include biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy, physiology at the least. You will also have to have somewhere between 40 to 200 hours of experience (paid or volunteer) in the physical therapy field (preferably in a variety of settings).

Please don't let the extra school and hours discourage you. You will have a high advantage over other applicants and graduates - you have a business degree which most pre-PT students don't have and won't get. This means you will be more prepared in the business / management aspect of PT. Good luck!
