What is the sign of the end of the age?

Jesus answers this in Matthew chapter 24, when his disiples ask him this very question.

You are seeing it right now, we are living in the last days now.All we are waiting for is our Lord to send out his angels and gather all his own unto him.. All the bible has been for filled already,,, now we are just waiting for our LORD. Come Lord Jesus and take your Bride.

Many say we have seen all the signs and Jesus will be
back any day. But Jesus Himself said that when we see what
we are seeing now. It is only the "Beginning of sorrows."
There will be a world wide natural disaster. Some say a
comet will hit the Earth. It does mention something to that effect.
But that doesn't explain the earth changes, (earthquakes, and
volcanic eruptions), already taking place.
After this catastrophe, the sky will be darkened. That's when
the POOP is going to hit the fan!
Jesus said, " When you see the Abomination of the Desolation.
Which many believe is the image of the Beast, the False Prophet
will set up in a Temple." Then run for the hills. Because the
time is near.

The sign that we are in the end times is this. The parable of the fig tree.Matt.24 v. 32. Jesus says "NOW learn the parable of the fig tree" He didn't say maby or later he said learn it. in v.34 he says "This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. How do we know he's talking about this generation ? Go to Jer.chap 24. v.1-3 You see two baskets of figs one bad and one evil.(figs cannot be evil) This setting of the good and the bad fig before the temple(in jerusalem) Happend it 1948 when Israel became a nation state for the first time since Jesus walked this earth. Whether ir be a 40 year generation 70 or 120 we don't know. It is not for us to know the day and the hour,but we are to know the signs and seasons. 2nd Thess. chap.2 tells us plainly what will happen.

The sign of the end of the age is the return of Jesus Christ. See Matthew 24:29-31. The Tribulation does NOT end this age; Jesus Christ's return does.

The next age is referred to as the Millenniel Kingdom, or Kingdom Age.

Are you really asking or you just wanted to show the answer yourself? Clearly the signs that Jesus said is happening right now. However, I wish that your knowledge is not limited to the belief that the world will end the way our doomsday religions have been propagating for more than three centuries.
This will just be like many countries' civil wars when people will say enough to all of this. bickerings, hates, wars and atrocities and they will begin to really sit down on the table and make final decisions to make peace with each other. One People, One God. One Nation.
However, if people will really not give way to peaceful agreement then nature will intervene just as it is doing right now in various places and everybody will agree to say, GOD'S WRATH IS REALLY HAPPENING!

Look around, the signs are coming to pass.

The nations and kingdoms will proclaim war against each other, and there will be famines and earthquakes in many parts of the world. But all this will only be the beginning of the horrors to come.

Then you will be arrested, persecuted, and killed. You will be hauled all over the world because of your allegiance to me. And many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other. And many false prophets will appear and will lead many people astray. Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold.

The sign is Israel becoming a nation again in the end times. When Jesus spoke of the fig tree, this is what He meant.

And BTW, if you know the answer, why don't you just take the bible and read it. Are you testing us on our knowledge of the bible? Since when has this become an on-line mass? My answer is this: I am proud NOT to know anything that is said in the bible...

If you're so with it, then you realize the 'sign' is not one particular event but rather it is composite, involving all the events mentioned in Matt.24
