Jews....If you saw a Palestinian child lying in the street, bleeding profusely and in need of help, what would you do?
Muslims....If you saw a Christian child lying in the street, bleeding profusely and in need of help, what would you do?
Christians....Buddhists....all others....If you saw the child of the person you murdered your own child lying in the street bleeding profusely, what would you do?

Preacher, you misunderstood. The person who murdered the Christian child, Buddhist child, or the Wiccan child if you will, can be of any faith. I'm not sure why I did that.

Buddhists: Yes, if my child is allready dead, there is no sense in wasting another human life. Perhaps when faced with an act of such great human kindness the person would change their ways and become a productive member of society.

I am going to be completly honest. It is always easy to say that yes you will help no matter what. Unfrotunately i can not say. I will definitly like to help. But what emotions would i have if i lost my child and the person that took him away from me had a child on the verge of dying. I think the first thing that comes to mind is to let that individual suffer the same way. So leave the child right there. I don't know. What i want to know is what does being an atheist have to do with helping people. What does your belief have to do with helping people.

If you would help a bleeding child, would you help every homeless or poverty-stricken person you saw? If so, we must have heard about you in the news. All of God's children deserve our help. Trying to play various religions against another because you have no belief system is not productive. Let me know if you would like some advice in this area.

You have added a condition to the Christian that you have not added to the others by calling the Christian a murderer. but to answer your question, a child is a child and is beyond politics and religion. i would help the child no matter what the politics or religion involved. Anyone that would not would be a devil and worthy of death.

Watch or read "The End of the Spear" and/or "Beyond the Gates of Splendor".
A Christian woman not only forgives the people who murdered her husband, but she and her child go and live with them. THAT is love.

As a christian I would help them all and with a glad heart. We are supposed to love our enemies and forgive them. It is far easier to love those that love us back, even unbelievers do so. I am supposed to offer love and kindness to all. It is amazing to me what is possible whenever that happens. By showing mercy to all and loving others, I can literally change someone's perception of me and my faith. It is not conversion that is the goal, but the attitude of love that is the most important. The man that gives his life in love for another, that man shows the greatest of all loves. Isn't that what Christ did for me? If I truly believe that He is the son of God, then who am I to not do the same?

I am a Christian and I would definitely stop and give aid and comfort. It's not the child's fault that his parent's are murderers. Besides, that single act of compassion can promote change in your enemies heart.

I am a christian. I would help the child in any way I could. It wouldn't be the child's fault for the way the parent was.
