I found it in my top drawer and have no clue what it is or where it came from. Its small, white, round, scored on 1 side and has 502 on the other. I cant identify it anywhere online.

Try a Physician's Desk Reference. These books show the actual pill and describe it exactly. Maybe there's a web site.
Best bet: Unknown medicine can be dangerous and possibly no longer effective. Throw it away.

Just throw it away. if u can't identify it, and it been lying around for a while...u won't be needing it anyway...

call a pharmacy or if you can get access to a PDR book that will definitely tell you.
