We don't have anything different, but I know what you mean. When I was in Vienna, Austria there was a teriyaki burger on the menu.
I tried NOT to eat a lot of American food when I lived in Europe for a few months, but sometimes I was just hungover and that's all I wanted was McDonalds fries.

When I went thru a town in Shinnston, WV I stopped at a McDonalds and they had seasoned hot fries. I loved them and have not seen them in any other McDonalds I've been to. They were served in a brown paper bag instead of the cardboard containers they usually use for regular fries.

i live in GA and we have southern style sweet tea, which i know my dad doesn't have in PA or the inlaws have in IA...we also have chicken on a buttermilk biscuit for breakfast, and a southern style chicken sandwich with mayo, pickle on a bun(?). similiar to the mcchicken, but different, because we have both here. it looks tasty, but i haven't tried it yet. ;-)

I like the fruit and walnut salad--it comes with a little side of vanilla yogurt.
MUCH healthier than a Big Mac!
