I have this best friend, I'm a guy, she's a girl, we are 15 and have known each other for 2 years. When we hang out in a group, we are always standing close to each other. We playfully fight with and mock each other all the time. She calls me Reilly, even tho everyone else calls me by my first name and if they call me Reilly she gets anoyed. We are very comfortable with each other. On a couch we sorta lean into each other, anyway, I am pretty sure now that she likes me, an I know I like her, A Lot, so what should I do next? Should I test the waters by hugging her? An arm round the shoulder or waist? Any advice?
Specifically I want to know what I should do next and how.

Ok now this is a problem i as teen male would be definately intrested to solve.Now hey guess what i am a guy as well 16 and single. But check out my tips it may help.
The way you talked about this girl clearly shows that you are into her and she is definately into you. You need to know one thing girls are not easy as they look. First off try going out with her as casual but go alone. Don't do anything out of the ordinary but have fun like you always do with each other. And don't go in banging on her door for love like a desperate person. Act cool be yourslef. HAve fun. No need to go romantic on the first day.
At the end of it all when you drop her back home (which you must do ) say goodbye by kissing her cheeks on her hands. and ask her if she would want to go out one more time.
I am saying to you positively she is going to go for this so chill man and enjoy life coz u have a love. i am still searching for mine ;-)

This is like my autobiography!! I know exactly what to do because I was in your exact position when i was your age! (i'm 20 now) I ended up going out with a girl for 3 years just because i was in your situation! You don't realise what you're dealing with here!! This is genuine love and you'll only realise that in a few years when you're older, and its really hard to find. Right, heres what you do:
You have the right idea by wondering if you should hug her, i would encourage you to do this. You have to find an excuse first to hug her. Maybe something like, you were in some mad place you hated with mad people and you just want to hug her to get back close to normal people. You'll make up something anyway. Or here's a better one - go somewhere cold and "forget" to bring a jacket, ask her if you can hug her to keep warm. Same would work if she was looking cold, ask her if she wants you to keep her warm.
If that doesn't work, i know something that just has to work. Start by telling her that someone asked if the two of you were going out because they noticed how friendly the two of you were- watch her reaction. She may not respond in the way you expect but that doesn't matter, it'll have the idea in her head. Say to her "i suppose people would probably think we're going out because we do stand close to each other and stuff" or maybe a better one would be "imagine what it'd be like to be secretly going out with someone and nobody would know".
At this stage, she may or may not, depending on how chatty or shy she is, start to discuss the idea of you going out with her. If she doesn't, thats fine.
One of the best ideas i have however, would be to try dancing with her, don't know if you would get the chance to though.
Finally, if you don't know how to do anything or you think all that is too complicated, a very simple and understandable tip for you is to chance your arm and just kiss her. Trust me - if you kiss her on the lips, even if its just once, even if its only for a few seconds, it will be very clear to her that you fancy her. She mightn't know what to do or say when you do this, but its normal, nobody ever knows what to do!

commencing with a hug is ultimate. Then youll circulate right into a kiss faster or later. rejoice with yourselves, make the effort, the relationship would be better in case you dont rush. that's advisable to easily come out and ask her if she desires to be your female. Then if she says confident, then you extremely wont experience so awkward doing issues. Like hugs and kisses.

ASk her if she`s gotta boyfriend!So she`ll be curious to know why you`ve asked.If she said yes say Ok!if she said no you say who would you like to become friends with!or who do you have a crush on?and then you say I like you..
as easy as a,b,c...
But mind don`t make her sad or angry!if you found her intonation angry say I didn`t want to make you angry and just stay friends with her...
I`ve experienced this method once...

Yeah, definately. Its sounds like the all signs are there that she is interested. You should flirt with her a lil and compliment her. See her reaction from there and then just go with the flow.

play with her hair while lookin deep into her eyes...if she doesnt brush ur hand away then go up for the kiss...if u dont screw up the kiss u can almost guarantee she will be ur gf
