Baby Yoga, library, parks, book stores, play gyms, playgroups, mothers groups, playdates, mother craft times, swimming. In my town we have a community paper that talks about all the things you can do with your children. Call up your local recreation office and find out what they have to offer. You will be surprised and your kid will love you for it.

LOL! thats so funny, because I feel the same way. Its hard to come up with ideas, especially indoor ones.
Maybe this will give you a good idea... Someone just told me that she has a special bag/box filled with special toys, one that the kids dont normally play with. Its the "rainy day" box, only coming out on those days that they cant go out. Maybe a special coloring book, puzzle, book, etc. That will help him AND you have something different every once in awhile.

Tape a piece of paper to the floor or high chair and let him color.
Play I'm gonna get you and run all through the house.
Dance with a scarf while playing classical music
Play the I see game. Point out the window and see if you can get him to look at what you see.
Let him push the buttons on a calculator or computer keyboard
Feed him yougart, cottage cheese, pudding, ice cream...etc but put one drop on the high chair table and let him smoosh it around.
Make lots of soapy bubbles in your kitchen sink and scoop the bubbles up with your hand and let him play with that.
Blow bubbles and let him chace them.

Okay, my mom showed me this when i had my first child.

Chocolate pudding, and paper.

You let your child finger paint with the pudding, and because it is edible, the child won't get sick or you don't have to worry when the little one puts it in their mouth.

My kids loved to do that, I did this project with all 3 of my children, and they still enjoy doing it, they are 11, 9, and 4, because it's so much fun.

Crawling activities. Like try to get him to come to you when you hold a toy out. Also put him on his back under one of those play gyms. Babies love those. Also play some classical music or sing to him. Kids need all kinds of stimulants.

my son is a little older, but he absolutely loves to use a glue stick and glue pictures i have cut out of magazines or older books onto paper. It is a good exercise for coordination. Its a good way for him to say what the picture is of that he is gluing. I cut out the photos in different shapes to jazz it up a little.
