I have a sky card. I have lost channel 4 and 5 and sky 3. I have pulled the plug out and waited for a bit. But nothing!!!! Is there any sat. tech. who can help please? ( I live in Spain)

remove the card and put it in again is it in the proper slot some model have two slots ,at the back check the cable going into the box is not loose.
if none of these work turn of the box and blow inside the vents you ducting has maybe got dust in the box try later on.

switch everything off for 4 minutes try again if not call the sky help desk

check the dust they could be there(dustmites might enjoy channel four)
