Constant back talk, kids being selfish..parents either have to start disciplining the kids more, or we need to build more jails, the ones we have now will be full in 10 years

The jails are all ready full. In 10 years the criminals will run the streets. Parents are afraid to discipline there kids because some one might call the cops. You can no longer spank your kids in public because someone will get on there cell and call the cops. I think people need to keep there nose to there self. People are afraid to have there kids taken away because the kid goes to school and says mom or dad hit me. If it is not that i have to say they are lazy and don't care. I was spanked and I WILL spank my kids. They need to know right from wrong and they need to learn it in the home.

Some kids are not spoiled, they talk back or act out, because they need attention even if it's only negative attention.

Some parents don't know how to discipline their kids, show love, encourage, or support, so they ignore the situation until its too late or the kids or too old to actually spank and ground.

If you show affection to your kids and support them, discipline will actually be easier to hand out and carry out

I agree with you. It is disgusting to see some of these kids when I am out. And some of the parents scream and cursing at them and drag them by their arm out the door. What are they teaching their kids?

because of children services...parents are too scared to doa nything to their kids so the kids walk all over them and then they (the parents) wonder why. I disipline mine with time out, grounding, talking about it or taking things away and for me that works with my kids. Mine are really good kids.

Lack of parental guidance. The kids are not taught manners.
