If I were you I would give the guys at Pilkington Glass a call on 01745 536500, you can find details about the company here:

Reason being is that they are the biggest glass (specialist or otherwise) manufacturer in the UK and would probably do you a custom job *or* advise you as to the best place to go to get it done. They do things like Self Cleaning glass for developers and specialist insulation etc.

Most window companies in your area should sell these. Look for your local Anderson Windows dealer. They can help you, or just look up Windows in your yellow pages.
