and muslimes never say bad things about christ but christian always say many bad things to prophet Muhammed.

I don't think that the Pope was judging muslims or Muhammed as much as he was pointing out long-standing tenents of their faith. I don't agree with the way that he went about doing it but to say that Muslims never say bad things about Christians (or Jews or anyone else that doesn't follow the muslim religion) is not correct.

UPDATE
Well.....make threats get sent to jail. The men who made the threats to me were considered terroristic threatening. They have lost their residency. I have decided after much debate to continue on with my site, no matter what. I'm really missing it. I have moved locations, so those who threatened no longer know where I live. Those who threatened originally threatened my "alias", im not stupid enough to use my real name lol.
Anyway, threaten again, get your visa revoked.. So don't try that if you're smart. I had to however get rid of comments because this is where i ran into the original problem. I wish that i could include these for the sake of debate. I am going to set up an email that you can send comments to though. I am not fake, post a legitimate debate and I will post it on the site. However, please understand the comments has some unneccesary things said...from both sides. I am not trying to censure, i am just trying to protect my safety. BTW, say something stupid in emails...it will get posted.

1. Muslims have a large number of extremists, and these extremists speak loudly. They are the leaders of Islam by the tacit consent of the quiet Muslims. If you do not believe in violence, then denounce these evil doers a thousand times at the top of your lungs, and personally make an effort to stop them.
2. The Koran rewrote Jesus' story. You can't disrespect Christ since He's on of your prophets. But to the Christians, the Koran stole and corrupted the story of Christ. This is not the Jesus that the Christians know. This is not the Jesus that I know. My Jesus preaches infinite love and forgiveness. My Jesus embodied God, and he cruelly died and was brought back to life by God. My Jesus doesn't play second fiddle to Muhammed, and my Bible says that rewriting the Bible is Evil.

the Pope have no right to judge others and I dont think he did. He just quoted a text in a book of conversation between a muslim scholar and a Christian. Why would you say He judged others? you should understand what is "quoted" and what has been said from His own judgement. In contrast, tell me if it is not a a judgemental word to Christianity if you tell that Christians are "infidels"? In the muslim world, that word is commonly used.

Anyway the Pope hasn't judge them, he has just read a text of the XIV century... and all those reactions (the same as the reactions against the Muhammed cartoons in Denmark) only prove that maybe that text isn't so wrong...

Pope Benedict was not judging. He was merely stating from the quote he had. He did speak the truth because just look at the uproar and the defensiveness and the advocation of retalliation from the Muslim community. Is this peace? No, the sword never brings peace and this is what Muslims are advocating, holy war against the infidels. Thats not Jesus message.

No one has the right to Judge anyone - that is what God does.
Muslims need to understand their own religion as do Christains and Jews. They then need to concentrate on the similarties to bridge an understanding amongst each other.

Yes, we will be judged, so we must judge others fairly. Hopefully then we will be judged
fairly. Muslims recognize Jesus as a prophet.
Christians don't like that part and want Jesus
all for themselves.

where did you get the idea that muslims "never say bad things about Christ" and what do you call bad? If they want to kill everyone that is not muslim that kind of sounds bad to me. Where you are from that may not sound like a big deal but I resent people wanting to cut off my head because I don't choose to become muslim. Now I know what the kids mean when they say "clueless"

Exactly. The nun shooting was a horrible thing to do, that was taking it to far and just proving his point, but the outrage was understandable. Remember the crusades? His quote was like a German getting up and starting to insult Judaism. You are exactly right, people insult Islam and generalize, not knowing that the radical Islamist terrorists are not true muslims. I applaud you for standing up for others.
