It is a personal relationship with god. That is why Jesus Christ who is the creator of the universe, had to go to the cross on the Day of Affection.

I'm going to take the quote the Fundamentalist like to use allot from John 3:16, but show you the rest of is because for some reason Fundamentalist can read past John 3:16. What makes you a believe of the Word? Your good works, notice that those who are evil will hide their wicked works. So how can you make the claim of being saved unless you follow the teachings of the Word? Now even those who call themselves Christians may be unbelievers because their works don't reflect their faith. Yes as Christians we are saved by His Grace, but unless you live within His Grace there is no salvation. John 3:16-21 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.l Whoever believes in him will not be condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. And this is the verdict, that the light came into the world, but people preferred darkness to light, because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come toward the light, so that his works might not be exposed. But whoever lives the truth comes to the light, so that his works may be clearly seen as done in God.

Hell is a unique phenomenon to the Three paths of Abraham, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, though it didn't come into a recognizable form until after the founding of Christianity. Other religions don't have this.

All the religions are disputed. God is Supreme. God has created human beings. Every creater loves his creation. Thus every one's personal relationship to the God is what really matters most. Those who have trust in God will not be dismayed.

Since no one can definatively say that their religion is the only true way to God, I think it has more to do with your personal relationship with God. Having said that, I think it important to note that you should believe Jesus died for your sins and is the way and the light to guide you to God. I think everyone must take their own personal walk of faith with God and let him lead you to where you need to be.

Religion can't save. It's the acceptance of Christ in our lives that saves. Following that acceptance of Him, we are to give our lives over to Him. Membership in a GOOD church does give us the vehicle to learn more about Him, grow closer to Him and serve others as He commanded.

Ask a member of the Latter-Day Saint church. They have all the answers to any questions you could ever think of. They can explain who you are, where you came from and where you are going and why.It is better to have these questions answered face to face and then you can tell if someone is telling the truth or lieing out of their back teeth.

Everyone who calls upon the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God will be saved. Only the acceptance of Jesus as our Savior will get us to heaven. No person can get to heaven by their good works, only the grace of God.

I believe that you should seek the right reliegion and try to live your life the most honest and purest way you can. If you never find the right religion despite valiantly searching for that spiritual feeling, thats ok. As long as you try your best.

Personal relationship. It's clearly a person's relationship that saves a person. In judgement, there will be no one except you and God, no institution, no group leader, no one, except you to answer for what you've done.
