I am a person that has seen much death and suffering ( i am an desert storm veteran purple heart) I have lived thought the 60's and I'm black, I have seen advances in technology that seem like they will let us live longer ; every time I feel bigoted by one person, 2 come along and make all of it go away; there is soo much life and good ness in people and i guess all of that makes me happy to be living

My reason for happiness is complete mergence with God. The Ultimate. The truth is that in this life itself we can realise God by sincere and dedicated meditation which provides us calm, happy and bliss.

Being alive; seeing happiness in others; God's infinite love for me; my husband; my son; my dog, the way she is so happy to see me when I come home, and the way she won't leave my side when I've had a bad day; God's love shining through people in so many ways.

my kids help with this, my spouse and I try to love myself and accept me as who I am and then try to share this with others
