Malnutrition can contribute to headaches, yes. Also, lack of sleep can do that too.

Yes it can.

Although it could also be dehydration.

So drink a glass of 100% real fruit juice (for the water, energy and nutrients). Make sure to eat a proper diet following the food guide. A diet filled with fruits, vegetables and whole grains will go a long way to improving your health. Eat meat and dairy too for those extra nutrients.

"malnutrition" is pretty vague - if you are thinking of simple
starvation, there will probably be other, much more noticable
issues first.

However, "malnutrition" means simply "bad nutrition" - if you're
living off sugar and caffeine, then you could get headaches before
anything else happened.

If you've been taking a lot of over-the-counter remedies to your
headaches, you may actually be causing them - and certainly
if you suddenly stop, you may cause them.

However, simple starvation - look for other symptoms first.

It can, but if this is a constant problem, I'd get it checked out.

Dehydration can do that to you but so can an aneurysm or a brain tumor.
