Reducing fat around your stomach is never a bad idea. If you are a woman, it is healthy to carry fat in your thighs, hips and butt. Fat around the stomach can lead to heart disease and other problems. A little aerobic excersize can seriously change the amount of fat on your tummy. Try swimming if you have an indoor pool. Not only does swimming provide a great calorie burner, it also strengthens your muscles. Also jogging in combined with an ab routine should help.

By the life insurance tables, you weigh exactly what you should. I can't tell if your stomach's flat - can't see you!
