I have heard of restless leg syndrome, but is there a restless arm syndrome? I may have it.?

I have had RLS for years, and just recently I have noticed that my right arm is starting to have the same feeling. My doctor said that although it's not very common, that does tend to happen.

Since arms have pretty much the same muscle structure, I believe it could happen. I have heard of what you describe before, though I forget what the medical name for it was now.

Could be,does it help if you hold your arms straight up?
