I can see you are new here, please try to be more specific in future questions.....
All I can say is:
Buy a (any) car antenna of your choice in a car parts' store.
See how long the supplied cable is.
Choose a place (close enough) on your car.
Measure the thread diameter on the antenna mounting socket.
Drill a hole in your car 1 mm larger than what you just measured.
Fiddle the coaxial cable through your car and connect to your radio (I assume the antenna comes with cable AND plug).

most of the time you can get a vehicle specific antenna. It depends on where on the car the old antenna is located how you would install it.
