Think about it ??? Smoke deprives organs of oxygen, your skin is the biggest organ n your body so continued smoking would cause it to wrinkle and bbecome dry. The same happens to the hair( u might lose some)

Smoking is a toxin, and these toxins enter your bloodstream. They circulate around the body, altering the body chemistry, causing area to "clog", the pore (skin), the hair follicles, arteries (heart disease), and the lungs (COPD, CHF). If the body is not healthy, the body can not get rid of these toxins. This is why antioxidents are so important. Besides the horrible things we do to our bodies like smoking and drugs, some of foods we eat load our bodies with oxidents, making it work harder, and limit the bodies ability to get rid of the more invasive toxins (smoke, cancers, etc.).

Don't know the scientific reason, but people that I know that have smoked for years look like they've got saddle leather for a face. Probably taking in any carcinogen for years is going to mess you up. Find a bad habit that isn't going to kill you. My Great Aunt died at 49 from lung cancer, she went from 105 pounds to 60 pounds and suffered greatly. Avoid this and make a lifestyle change now.

tobacco smoke is full of free radicals, chemicals that harm cells in your body, it also depletes the body's vitamin C which is needed for healthy skin, I am not exactly sure of the mechanism for this but you may observe smokers get wrinkles at an earlier age.

nicotine is also a vasopressant, a chemical that causes the blood vessels in your body to contract, raising your blood pressure and reducing blood flow to your extremities (fingers, toes skin, hair follicles etc)

yes it is. The smoke gets into your pores and makes small lines around your mouth from sucking on the filter as well. The second hand smoke damages and drys out your hair to.
