im 16 years old and i never had a boyfriend. i feel ugly because no one likes me. i dont think im that bad looking. i get hit on by some guys but then i get nervous wen they want my number and i just walk away. i feel sad wen i see other girls with boyfriends. wat do i do?

Don't worry, your young yet (I know you hate hearing that, but it's true, not everyone date in HS and it's not becuae they are unattractive). The more you want something, especially a guy the less likely you'll be to get it. Immerse yourself in activities you like, When you happy and having fun your more likely to attract a guy. Plus you'll be in a good place mentaly so you'll be more relaxed if someone doesn ask you out. If you feel ugly and a full of self pity you'll either attract the wrong type of guy, who will take advancage of your insecurity or none at all.

It sounds like they like you, but you're sending them the wrong signal by walking away from them when they ask for your number. So instead of them rejecting you, you are actually the one rejecting them. Next time, give them your number. You will be nervous, but trust me when I say that the more times you do it, you'll get less nervous and be more comfortable with it. I get that you're sad, but you can't really complain when you're the one walking away, not them. Do something about it! Give the guys your number.

If you build your self confidence guy will notice that and you will find a boy worth your while. But your still young and have plently of time to met a guy!
But like I said you have to feel good about your self before someone else can. Because you good vibe will show and it WILL attract others!

The question is not about guys not liking you. You already said that they ask for your phone number. It is more a question of what you need to do to improve your self-confidence. You could talk to your friends or parents for advice, or your school counselor, or your local community mental health clinic.

hhhmmmnn....i guess...you have more "fears of the unknown" of having relationship or meeting men...or inexperienced of meeting guys..well,your sweet 16...there are more life ahead by being worried and be saddened that some,i say again,SOME (not everybody) girls have boyfriends...but if you are really interested of adventuring the world of men..and know what species they came from...the best thing you can asked is your DAD or your mature brother..or immature as he may have been..at least,you will know some immaturity in us....and by on this process,you will learn to create your own point of view and knows how to handle men and you know what?....you will know by yourselves how to be a lady and a woman soon..by understanding men...you'll soon learn to understand yourself too!....but definitely,you are NOT ugly!...just hesitant to be beautiful,caring and a wonderful being inside...hey...you can asked also male friends you have...be open to their opinions and views of masculinity...cherio!
