i do no longer think of you will get a visa on the same time as the country, so actual your possibilities are high 0. by using entering the country on a vacationer visa without purpose of leaving is actual breaking the regulation so be careful. Australia has 0 tolerance of unlawful immigration and utilising for a tourism visa for different reasons different than tourism will render that visa invalid and you in step with risk deported and no longer able to re-prepare for a visa for 3 years ..or longer. Do it precise from the commencing up, prepare for a gifted migration visa or as a employer proprietor in case you have great quantity of money .

You can not get someone citizenship by simply marrying them. That rule was thrown out years ago. So getting married and then divorced just to get someone in the country doesn't work anymore. The non citizen still has to apply, and in some cases if the visa is not approved they must leave, even if they are married to a US citizen.

Also, the scrutiny is more complex after moving the USCIS to the department of homeland security.

I had to follow this process for myself... In fact, I'm still dealing with the USCIS.

you kind of answered your own question. if people are getting married for the wrong reasons, that is going to make it harder for people who actually love each other to get fiancee visas because the immigration people will be suspicious.
