Its not unhealthy to never lose your temper although sometimes you just need to let it out. At one or another time in your life something will all most certainly happen that will just make your blood boil and you'll just lose it. Then you can go back to being your usual calm self again!

It is unhealthy for you to hold anger inside. It can be unhealthy for you and for other people around you if you unleash your rage.
If you feel angry, it is best to do some kind of vigorous physical activity. That way you give the chemical energy that has been created in your body by your emotional state something to do.
I play drums. Some people like to run or hit a punching bag. Keep in in control somehow, or you will end up taking it out on someone or something that doesn't deserve it.
Good question. Thanks.

Everyone loses their temper at some point ,some more often than others, we are all different and show it in various ways, some people are just very placid and it will take a lot to get their back up. its how you handle it is the important thing.
No good taking it out on another person or showing your temper in front of children

I do not think it would be unhealthy because I know some people who are just so mellow, they (at least while around me) never loose their temper. It is a behavioral trait, but I do believe there are people who handle situations better than others, and just do not loose their temper.

I suppose that as long as you're not just internalizing (bottling up) all that anger it would be fine. If you simply cannot get or stay angry for any length of time over a particular incident, I would say you're probably more well adjusted than most!
If, however, you're just stuffing those angry emotions down, you may run the risk of severe health problems (ulcers, hypertension, etc), or perhaps just snapping one day over the littlest things. For a good demonstration of this, watch the movie "Falling Down" and see how you compare.

I don't necessarily think it's unhealthy. But, I DO think that if you control yourself when your mad, you would bottle up the emotions you feel inside, and one day it all collects, and you sort of explode. In my case anyway. It's healthy to get angry sometimes, not to be mean to people, but to express how you really feel and let others around you know what your thinking. Good luck, and be blessed.

Likely. I used to never lose my temper, now I've changed so I lose it way too much over stupid things.

No, it is an indication of a well balanced, mature and healthy mind.
The person who never looses the temper must be practicing meditation knowingly or unknowingly.

Yes. That would be in-human. Humans are born with these emotions, justcan't get around it. Some people are prone to high degrees of anger while others are more balanced with lesser degrees of anger. These are usually factors of your upbringing. Lots of people hide their feelings with silence, comedy, and avoidance. I'm the avoidance kind of gal myself. Hate to get angry but can't help it when people crap on me. I forgive them.
