We are considering installing Solar energy cells on our house in Arizona, are there any Federal, State, or Local rebate programs out there? What about in other states like Utah, Nevada, Colorado, California, Washington, ETC? Anyone know where to find the info?

Try this one: http://www.dsireusa.org/

It's the Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy and has links to rebates and other incentives offered by states, counties, cities, etc.
