Well Black people have never really been welcomed here especially Haitians. Cubans were allowed at first cause they were the rich white ones, the latter darker ones were not so welcomed. Mexicans were allowed at first cause they wanted them to pick their lettuce, tomatoes, and have cheap labor, now all the racists are crying and whining and it's becoming difficult.

There are only so many visas that can be issued annually. Let me ask you this- How many people of other "colors" (e.g. whites) are applying for visas? You will probably be surprised as to the percentage of population of those countries are either doing the same or not applying at all. It depends on the country and what the living conditions are like there. You wouldn't want to leave a country for another one that was as just as good. You would rather stay put. As for others, they go through the same processes "dark-skinned" people do. And the same amount of visas are denied. As I said before, there are only so many visas our country can issue annually.

Your statement is rubbish. Europeans of any color do not need visas to enter under the visa waiver program.
The degree to which applications for visas are scrutinized depends mainly on the percentage of overstayers from that country as reported to the State Department by USCIS. If you ran a wealthy country would you make it easy for people to come and claim asylum and never leave?
Terrorism has created a further overlay: if you saw the massive outpouring of celebration in the West Bank and Gaza right after the Twin Towers collapsed on 9/11 -- and repeated on TV last week as part of the memorial -- you would form the belief that terrorism is quite popular in the Arab world even among those who do not, themselves, engage in suicide bombing.
The statistics for granting of visas are public information. Look at them before posting rubbish.

You seem to confuse nationality with race. That aside, many "brown-skinned" people overseas fall under the Visa Waiver Program and may enter the US freely, and thousands of visas are issued world-wide each day to "brown-skinned" people. I guess that is why public sentiment seems to overwhelmingly indicate that your question belies any intelligence you may have.

It does not matter, you are still ILLEGAL ALIENS, you come here with CRIMINAL INTENT, and YOU STEAL from the LEGAL CITIZENS of the USA.
YOU DESERT your own countries to STEAL from the USA. YOU brand yourselves as what you are: CRIMINALS and DESERTERS, and in the case of Mexican ILLEGAL ALIENS, they are also slaves of the corrupt rich ruling class in Mexico.
So you feel you have to BREAK the LAWS of the USA..... perfect, you admit to being a criminal.
There is a good reason you are not allowed in: YOU have shown yourselves to be CRIMINALLY MINDED by illegally coming here.... you don't want to be citizens, you just want to STEAL. You degrade our society and our standard of living.
By the way, your RACE has NOTHING to do with it...... the criminal intent shown by illegal aliens is the issue. Why the hell would you come here if you think the USA is racist???? WHY? and,
YOU played the race card.... that makes you a racist. PLAIN and simple....
Stay in your own country and make changes to better your standard of living there. The USA gives billions away in foreign aid.... the poor of the USA become poorer because of it, and the rich of your countries become richer by STEALING the foreign aid instead of helping the people in your countries.
So, you can see, until you start helping yourselves, there is nothing any other country can do to aid you. It is up to you to make changes in your countries.
GET OUT and STAY OUT.

You're so full of it..
I was just at a Immigration ceremony here in Miami, I watched a friend enjoy his life long dream of becoming a citizen.. there were plenty of "brown skinned" people there being sworn in as well...
and no surprise that an apologist liar like you, would include middle easterners on your list of oppressed people.

Don't know why you feel the need to come here illegally...
You obviously don't like the place, that in itself is suspicious.
Most people come here to get away from a more corrupt and violent country...how would you like it if we let those corrupt and violent people come here without question?
Think about that for a whole minute.

Do you bring your bombs with you? This is why they have been stopped, for the protection of the true American citizen. I think the United States should gather anyone that is not an English speaking person and get them out of here. We Americans would have a slight safety factor then.

at some point, there was a lottery of visas that people would try to enter to see if they would win one. There were certain countries that could not participate...

Don't know where you get your info, but it is generally known the visas issued are issued on a "need" basis, whether it is for education, work, or otherwise. They are not just a first-applied, first served basis
