In a certain church, while the pastor preaches and makes an exciting point, the congregation would all stand in unison and clap in unison and sit in unison like clock work soldiers. This happens every 2 - 3 minutes. Is this some holy ghost or just good training by the pastor?

makes me wonder if these people are not receiving some sort of signal from a person to do these actions. if so what good are they if these are not sincerely performed. personally have seen this happen in other areas of society but not in Church services.

Good training by the pastor. Keep in mind that pastors must go to school for quite some time before being ordained.
