Instead they use questions for a reply. Do they belong to a certain category of character. What I mean, are they arrogant people or is there any other title we can give to them.

P.S I'm sorry that I'm not making it clear enough here for what I really want as a reply.
Let's take for example if I ask someone a question like:
Are you going now?
The answer will be: Do you think it's still early?
Instead of "We have to go since it's too late.
Hope it's clear now.

Sometimes the questions aren't clear, so there fore you need to know more information.

This is a public forum.
Some only answer for the points and have no real interest in actually answering a question or helping a questioner.
It falls under the category of human nature.
They can be called any number of things...dumb comes to mind, but arrogant works, too.

Since you said that you are not speaking of people here ,you may be right because people whom we meet personally are bound to answer our questions directly and they also have the oppurtunity to do so .If you take the case of this forum they are not arrogant and they use interrogations just to make sure of something or to stress a point as they have only a single chance and at times I am one of them .
Did you understand?

It's just that some of the questions appear to be written to get sarcastic comments or to get questions into this system. I just igore those questions and moreso, the responses. If questions appear genuine, then I'll respond if I have an answer and also just look for the genuine answers. Hopefully, you'll get enough 'thumbs-up' responses.

1. Sometimes the questions you ask are just none of your business.
2. By turning the question around, they are trying to give you the hint that they don't wish to spill their life story to you. Repect their privacy.
3. I've never understood people who feel they are entitled to know my personal business. I just ignore them, or reply, "I'll never tell."
Good luck.

It could be rhetorical or ask them if they were trying to get you to consider an alternative opinion that given your careful consideration would, in full circle, answer your question better than they are able to.

Sometimes there is no "real" answer to a question and the person u ask realizes this , there fore they ask a question to get u to think of an answer yourself....

It's just a defence tactic (maybe) if you've asked them a question they take as a threat then that attack with another question.

Perhaps some questions are too ambiguous or incomplete for any other response.
