The annual cat twirling finals are next month. I was looking for a better tail grip and release method so I can gain at least 20 additional yards to my record of last years event. I am really excited about this years get together, I snuck my neighbors cat into my basement for practice and to try out my new tail gripping glove. That cat sure loves flying through the air, it scream with joy. Hope to see you there!

Try using a 12 weight fly fishing rod. If you put the hook through its tail and get it whipping really good, the leader will eventually snap. With a little practice you can easily cast out to over 30 yards. I always try to find ways to incorporate fishing in everything I do. Plus, there's something really special about the cat/fishing combo!
