i woulld like 2 thank every1 who has given helpfull sensible answers but not the stupid people who get funny about my spelling i continously do spelling excersises with my children but as 1 is only 2 and 1 is only 10 months sometimes they find the spellings a little bit tricky i mean we cant all spell mississippi from birth eh!! i should not have to justify myself but this is for all you cocky sods with nothing better to do!!!!!!

I love the magazine Family Fun they have ideas for all times of the years in them. Also you could go to a craft store and find some age appropraite suggestions there. I love to do stuff with my 3 year old too. Her favorite thing is baking cookies, I think that is because she gets to eat cookies right out of the oven.

There is a magazine that you can get that is great Family Fun it has all kinds of crafts and games you can play with your kids of all ages. It comes every 2 months and they also have a wb site I beleive it is familyfun.com. The magazine is from the same company that puts out the parenting magazine. Good Luck

Just type in >> paper toys ,, (without the arrows!) and you'll be led to some lovely sites, even IF some of them are in Japanese - you can still download lots of plans of things to make like houses and toys and.......

mine loves playdoh, color wonder finger paints, cutting construction papar, and gluing to make a collage. try object (leaf)under a piece of paper, then rubbing with a pencil. do you have any pottery places by you where they can make their own things, then paint it and have it glazed?

you can make beaded necklaces,earrings and bracelet with your kids, i enjoy doing that with my 3 year old.you can buy the beads from www.nottinghambeads.co.uk. something you can even show of to people to say you have made it with your children and be proud of them,like me.

this is probably the best place for kids stuff of all ages. They have craft idea, coloring pages you can print out, all sorts of fun stuff for kids.
