I am 28w1d and I have been losing (what I think is) my mucous plug. It's like clumps of white/clear discharge. It is extremely thick (sometimes stringy) and I have had this 4 times and the size of it is pretty big (bigger than a quarter). I have also been having these pintching cramps in my vagina. It feels like someone is sticking their hand up there and pintching my cervix. My back aches (like to the point of tears). I can't get comfortable no matter what I am doing) and the last thing is, It feels like she keeps kicking me in my cervix...but I feel her feet up by my ribs... She is head down! What's going on??

This is not normal, and it sounds like it may be an infection, it is not your mucus plug. You should make an appointment with your doctor ASAP.

I hope you are feeling better soon.

PLEASE for the love of god.... Go to the hospital. They will run a stress test on you. I work in Labor & Delivery and this is something that should be checked out.
