They have no father, they are just different aspects of one god, Brahman. Hinduism is monotheistic, not poytheistic. The other "gods" just represent different aspects of one god called Brahman who perpetrates everything in the universe.

Shiva: Destroyer aspect
Vishnu: Preserver aspect
Brahma: Creator aspect

Sir, Vedic Literatures are not Mythology. They are facts just is Bible and Quran, though compiled much before them. Please stop using that word.

I will give your answer according to Srimad Bhagavatam.

When this universe is created, Maha Visnu expands himself into Garbhodhakshai Vishnu and enters this universe.
Vishnu creates the first Living entity in the universe - Brahma.
Though Brahma's Soul is eternal. At the time of last destruction of Universe all the souls rest unconscious in the Body of Visnu. So at the time of Creation all souls come out back to consciousness and start getting body as per the creation goes. So the soul of Brahma comes from Vishnu body and gets the first material Body.
Brahma is given in charge to create population in all the other planets in the universe.
He gets this power to create from Vishnu. Brahma is not in need of a female to create, but has power to create from any part of his body. Shiva is born out of head of Brahma. Though Siva is born from head of Brahma, on absolute level the position of Lord Siva is higher than Lord Brahma.
Vishnu is God Himself and is never created or destroyed. His body is not material by Spiritual and never destroyed.
Hopes this answers your question.
