Well first off, Happy Birthday. Depending on how old your parents are, some are just becoming senile, or some may just have alot on there minds. Is it wrong for them to forget their childs birthday, yes, however it's not wrong for there child to call them on it. Sit down with them and tell them how you feel, chances are, they will feel horrible, and you can use that to your advantage! If nothing works, buy them a calendar, mark your birthday on it in red or a bright color, and the week before your birthday talk constantly about it.

that's not cool. i remember this one time my mother had told me the day before my birthday that she was going to take me to breakfast the next day... well the morning of my birthday i was getting ready for breakfast and my mom walked by my room and asked why i was up so early on a Saturday... she didn't remember until lunch time... i felt so bad. i cant imagine if she never remembered.
