how can i transfer video from my dv tapes to my computer without the us of my dv camcorder.???????

If it's only a couple of hours of tape, then try and borrow one. it's cheaper to buy another camcorder vs. the digital player.

There are DV tape players with USB connections but they run about a grand. I recommend using the camcorder.
