The infection is still in the eye. I understand you dont feel you have time to go back to the doctor but you really should. That is the only way you are going to get both your ear and eye to clear up so they dont hurt you.

I had similar problems too. Eye drops can give you infections if it is old. So I think the better way is to use clean water to rinse.

It must be due to something else other than just a infection, something that is causing the infection. See a doctor and see what they have to say.

dont touch or rub your eye to stop the irritation.. wash it using germ fighting soap and put an ice cube on it!! so that you cant feel the itch... i think you better lower down the volume of your tv... or if your using earphones for your music player lower down your volume i thinks one of it is the cause...and if yuor sleeping dont sleep side ways...oit will make your ear hurt more.. you should wash it by using germicidal soap.. if you do that u'll feel better!!!

you are gonna have to make the time to go back to the doctor... eye infections can be serious and vision-threatening....
take care of your vision.... i'm sure work will understand....

Not to be harsh in anyway, but it really is in your own interest to get to a doctor. You'll regret it otherwise. You can never be too busy to look after your health. Please consider it if possible :)
