They are so delicious I'd give the dog the chicken and keep the giblets for myself - especially the gizzard. Put them in an ovenproof dish with a knob of butter, season and cover with foil. Roast them at 180 degrees centigrade for about 1/2 hour. They are lovely in an omelette.

How To Cook Chicken Giblets

Safe Cooking of Giblets
Traditionally, chicken or turkey giblets are cooked by simmering in water for use in flavoring soups, gravies or poultry stuffing. Once cooked, the liver will become crumbly and the heart and gizzard will soften and become easy to chop. Cooked giblets should have a firm texture. Casseroles containing giblets should be cooked to 165 °F. Stuffing should be cooked to 165 °F. Chicken giblets are commonly fried or broiled. Leftovers should be refrigerated within 2 hours.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5BU

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Cook them on medium high heat in a pot of water for 20 minutes or until they are fork tender (you can pierce them with a fork easily). The only reason you need to cook them in the bag they came in is you can pick them all out at once...I don't use the bag!

My dog loves them. I just toss themina saucepan w/ some water, a little salt, some onion and garlic powder, and simmer until done, about 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Pour it all, juice and all, over the dry dog food. Your dog will think he died adn went to heave, and that you are the best master eer! :-)

give the dog the liver, but dredge the gizzard and heart in flour, fry them with the rest of the chicken, and eat them yourself. They will be done faster, and they taste great. A wonderful, crispy, chewy snack. Yum.
