actually this started out as a hypothetical question to see the response of another faith accepting prayers of healing ....
i asked in response to the prayers for Julia question earlier .. because she was not here to accept your prayers
but i am pleasantly surprised by some of you who are more than happy to have prayers and healing from any faith ... which makes me smile so much
my love and healing thoughts to all who wish to receive it xxx

I would not have a problem with it. If you care enought to pray for me, then it's a good thing.

No, it would not be ok with me, but you can do what ever you want. That dosn't mean it will work. A spirit guide isn't going to do anything. The Holy Spirit is the only one who can give healing and when you are talking about a "spirit guide" they have no dealings with Him. Why would you want to trust someone who says they control spirits? Arn't spirits supposed to be more powerful than humans? How can a human control a spirit? I fully believe in the spirit world and how active it is. I also know that humans can't control the spirits in their own power. Think about these questions and comments.

As a Christian I don't believe in Spirit Guides. But I want to ask you a few questions.
What have these guides ever done for you personally?
What does you faith mean to you?
Do you belive that one day you will be in heaven?
If yes, why? If no, why not?

Peace to you and your spirit guide in the name of Jesus, who is the only begotten son of God. Our fellowship will be guided by His Spirit, who is Father of all and exists in unapproachable light.
First humble question, if healing comes only from God, does your spirit guide agree?
Second, who is the Lord Jesus Christ?

as a spiritualist i think christians would try to kill that spirit guide of yours since i wouldnt even waste my time with them either. if you ask me anyone who calls them selves spiritual and a christian need to be tossed out of this place. i also have spirit guides and none of them can get close to a christian without feeling negative energy. so be wise and leave the christians to there own hatred and we as spiritualist should show only respect to those who have like minds towards others.
peace and light from the archangel Gabriel

What exactly do you mean by "spirit guide?" The only One I believe can bring healing is God- the creator of all that is, and the One who breathes life into us constantly. Thanks, but I don't think you are on the right track here.

I'll send my spirit guide to meet with yours, and let them make a decision on what's best for all of us. I am spiritual too. I've seen and talked with my guide once already, or both of them, they are kind.

Well, how do you know that everyone needs healing? Sorry, that's the first thing that came to mind. Moving right along, I would test that spirit guide to see "who" it is. ;-)

That would be great. Thankyou. I don't think my spirit guides would mind. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely, Pangel. I think to turn down a good word from anyone would be a sad shame, even if the beliefs are different. I wouldn't be offended at all.

No. I, as a Christian, believe spirit guides are actually demons who are posing as "good" spirits. Many Christians share my belief.
I depend on God only for healing :o)
