Your question is unclear as to the point? The countries that have little immigration are mainly those that have such poor economies and therefore attract few or no oursiders so if there are no outsiders how could they be racist, and even if they did they would be too poor to do anything about it. In many African countries, they don't need immigrants, they just kill each other off. Of course the classic example are the two races of people on the Easter Islands....they didn't need outsiders, they did themselves in.

Immigration and racism is not the keys its to do more with improving one life, the US is famed with statements the "American dream" and the "Pavements of gold" (side walks).
You could be the most open armed country in the world but if their is no money the immigrants will just go on by. The poor nations people see the western countries as their goal to richness

It is easy not to be racist when you do not have to deal with the negative effects of a culture in your society. It is easy to like people when you do not have to deal with them. But when you live in a country where people who come there illegally are allowed to protest in the streets, it is understandable that there is racism. When the people of the country have to pick up the tax burden of those working and not paying taxes it becomes personal.

Many countries have no immigration because perhaps nobody wants to go there because there's no jobs available, it's all supply and demand.

If you can speak Portuguese, you can go and live in Brazil. Almost no Immigration there ! Wanna go ? its a bit hot though!
