Go to http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php and scroll all the way to the bottom. You'll see every country that has an Answers site.

There are sites grouped together by language. If you look on the Answers homepage near the bottom past the Categories, you can use the pulldown menu to either show all English language questions or just the ones coming from the UK & Ireland.

I had a question about all the little flags at the bottom of my page... I got the answer to click on one and see... But, basically I knew what there were already... I have looked at the question and answer thingy in Japanese: chiebukoro, that is a wisdom sack. fukoro is also where you came from; and fukoro no aji (or mi -- I cannot recall which) is mom's cooking. I have the further complication in that a girl I knew from Japan had the name, Chie, which could also mean 1,000 pictures.
Anyhow, I would like to use their site but it is just too complicated for me with lots of guidelines and formalities... no thanks. Maybe in another 20 years; but, I am 64 now.
