Have you tried at Craft shops like Micheal's or Hobby lobby? They are great for things like that. Hobby Lobby is very inexpensive too.

I've seen rose-shaped moulds sold in various sizes at "Sur La Table" (if you have one nearby).
I think you can also order online or by phone.

there are several rose cake molds on ebay right now --- look up cake molds or nordic ware cake on ebay... was just looking those up last night, saw several up for auction! good luck!

you need a specialist cookware shop ,if you live near a city it shouldnt be hard to find one, if not try a wedding cake specialist they have catalogues and should be able to order you one
